Refund policy
Return
We have a 15 day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving the item to request it return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you should contact us at timelessteel@gmail.com or call the phone number +1 (773) 629-1135. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific product.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want if there are any problems is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at timelessteel@gmail.com.
