Order Restrictions

Timeless Steel offers a standard UPS shipping within the contiguous United States. We do not ship our products outside of the USA.

Delivery Timing

Since the products belong to the hand-made, the goods are shipped in 2-3 working days after the order. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Timeless Steel reserves the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination as long as orders will still arrive within the arrival times outlined on timelessteel.com. You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.

Return and Refund Policy

Return

We have a 15 day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving the item to request it return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, you should contact us at timelessteel@gmail.com or call the phone number +1 (773) 629-1135. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Timeless Steel pays only for the return shipping if the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the description on timelesssteel.com. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific product.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want if there are any problems is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
